Educate and identify the ways ancient humate can optimize our health, and the nutritional quality of our food.
At Mineral Logic/AgTonik, we are committed to sustainable practices. We believe that it is our responsibility to minimize our impact on the environment and to leave a positive legacy for future generations. To that end, we have adopted the following best practices:
First and foremost, we uphold a one-hundred-year legacy of minimal manufacturing that uses time and weather in our extraction processes. We could skip this 1–2-year process by using harsh extraction agents but we prefer to work with the cycles of nature. Respecting the process of working with nature is the first step in protecting our Earth.
Second, our gentle extraction practices leave behind a “waste” product that is a very clean, completely non-toxic nutritional slurry. Therefore, it can be disposed of directly on our land.
Third, we educate our customers about the ways we harvest our material and extract the nutrients using pure water.
We are proud of our commitment to sustainability, and we will continue to work hard to uphold these principles in everything we do.
There are several key issues facing our industry today, including the rising cost of traditional fertilizers and their effectiveness. Many agricultural operations are struggling to keep up with the costs of production, and the price of fertilizer is a major factor in this equation. At the same time, there is an increasing concern over the environmental impact of traditional fertilizers, as they can leach into groundwater and cause pollution. As a result, farmers are looking for alternatives that are both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Our offering provides all the nutrients needed without the negative side effects.
At our company, we take our commitment to sustainable business practices seriously. We believe that by respecting the earth and valuing the people who work for us, we can not only protect our investment but also make efficient use of our resources. To that end, we have adopted policies designed to promote healthy and sustainable practices. For example, we use recycled materials whenever possible, and we strive to make our production process as energy efficient as possible. We also offer employees several incentives to encourage them to live healthy lifestyles. Intermittent harvesting means we are not continuously removing material from the deposit. This practice does not scar the earth nor disrupt the natural topography of the land in a permanent and damaging way. There is never any blasting or large destructive machinery used. Because this is a rich deposit, a little goes a long way.
Before we extract, we utilize a curing process that allows the raw material to “breathe” with the cycles of nature. As the temperature, barometric pressure, and humidity varies, the raw material is physically homogenized, which enhances the respiration process. This requires approximately 1.5-2 years to accomplish. Once cured, the extraction can be accomplished with Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, which avoids the need for harsh solvents. This final step is a process much like making a cold-brew coffee. It is time-consuming, but gentle.
Our cGMP processes employ stainless steel extraction tanks and FDA-Approved HDPE container vessels and bags.
Our products are manufactured in our USA based UL-cGMP facility. The manufacturing process begins by using water that is highly purified via a multi-stage reverse osmosis process, which results in the elimination of dissolved solids, alkalinity, carbonates, sulfates, or conductivity. This allows for an aqueous medium that can super saturate the natural ingredients contained in our cured deposit material. The purified water is then passed through our raw material utilizing a proprietary process. Finally, the product is microfiltered to create a filtrate which is stable and completely soluble in water, juices, and other beverage ingredients. Our products are a great addition to enhance the bioavailability of foods and supplements as well as the many other benefits inherent in fulvic acid.
